JB & The team were great. When I started searching for someone to install cameras for me I came across someone else & JB. The other person just gave me pricing for installing x amount of cameras. JB took the time to come onto the property & give his expert advice on how many cameras we needed, the difference between camera systems & where to put them. That was the deciding factor on who we would go with for the job. During the installation process I was at work & JB stayed on the phone with me to make sure each camera angle was to my liking. Weeks later the family decided to have one of the cameras moved (which JB advised against). With no hassle or attitude he came & switched it to make us happy! I definitely will recommend him to friends & family!
Hired Cismycro for residential. I supplied some of the equipment (cameras, NVR), they supplied the rest (cables, jacks, wiring panel, and miscellaneous odds and ends.) They provided an excellent quote. (Much better than many competitors.) I had very specific requirements around where I wanted the network and coax drops and how I wanted the wires run. (Specifically, I wanted all wires run in the walls, not on the outside of the house like your cable TV tech would do it.) Cismycro was able to accommodate all of these requests and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. This wiring job requires opening holes in the interior walls to complete properly. They made sure I understood it was necessary (great communication!) Although, wall repair was not included in the initial quote, they were able to provide an additional contractor that could fix the walls for an additional fee (which I appreciated.) The construction of the house was difficult and they handled this professionally. In order to get the wiring channel setup between the basement and attic, there was a challenging section where getting through the beams required special tools and patience. Cismycro handled it without much trouble. There were even some changes to the job (at my request), and they handled it all. I needed a cellular antenna mounted on the exterior, as well as modifying the locations of some of the jacks. They're very flexible, have excellent quality work, and have great pricing. Highly recommended.

JB was great to work with. He responded right away and came the next day to provide a quote. He gave us a great price and did a quick install. He also spent a lot of extra time troubleshooting our connectivity issue with our router so we could access the security footage via the app on our phone. He was very professional and responsive.
Although it took an extra day than originally planned for, JB and his asst. were prompt, polite and professional. He discussed what we wanted done with us first. Then they did a neat job of installing cameras and equipment that we had bought ourselves. He explained how everything worked with my husband and helped him troubleshoot when we had a subsequent issue with one of the cameras. Overall, we are happy with their work and would recommend them to others.
